On-line Thermal Imaging Sensor

CHINO's Price / Performance Technology Breakthrough for IR Thermal Imaging Used for On-line Condition Monitoring and Alarming

The TP-L Series is a compact Infrared Thermal Imaging Sensor, utilizing a low cost, high sensitivity, thermopile array detector. This CHINO developed detector allows the camera to measure real time temperature and provide zone alarms. Ethernet connectivity allows the camera to communicate with a PC running CHINO Imaging Software or customer’s LAN network.

Up to 4 sensors can be connected to a PC via LAN running the CHINO Viewer Software, which allows you to monitor thermal images, measure temperature and provide an alarm.

The unit can be used as a stand-alone (not connected to PC software) area temperature alarm sensor, which provides 2 Mos-Fet contacts and stores Alarm Image in Camera/Sensor.

 


 

24th Fuel Ethanol Workshop (16 June 2008)

 
Chino Works America attends the largest bio-ethanol conference - the 24th FEW held in Nashville- as the most qualified supplier of infrared gauges, for the measuring of moisture in Ethanol and in DDG.

The FEW represents the largest worldwide meeting of scientists, engineer, customers and suppliers for defining the state of the art of technology and research of the industry.

In particular Chino was exhibiting its two leading application in this filed:

  • Continuous measurement of moisture in ethanol, after the molecular sieve, through the IR-MA infrared moisture meter, specially equipped with a fiber optic liquid cell measurement
  • Continuous measurement of moisture in DDG

 


 

High Temperature fixed point Blackbody Furnace IR-R80

The IR-R80 is High Temperature Fixed Point Blackbody Furnace utilizing metal-carbon eutectic fixed points developed by National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ). What the IR-R80 has brought is high-temperature fixed point calibration at 2474ºC for Radiation Thermometers, which was previously achieved until 1085ºC (Copper).
It consists of furnace body, and exchangeable fixed point cells for enabling various fixed point calibration of standard radiation thermometer (0.65μm) by blackbody cavity of aperture diameter of 3mm.
Achieve long-term stability by employing fiber optic type radiation thermometer (0.9μm) as temperature control sensor.

 

 

 


Atmosphere Engineering

 Streamline announces  the cooperation with Atmosphere Engineering, a US based company leading in the supplying of energy and cost saving solution for the heat treatment industries.
In particular the Endo-Exo injectors are fuel injection mixing systems for Gas Generators aimed at the reduction of waste (saving on endo excess burnoff) with a significant impact also on pollution, through the reduction of Co2 emissions.
The product range is integrated with the supply of the advanced electronic flow meters both in the analog and digital version. By using them the information of the actual/total flow is available in the DCS and, also you will benefit of the field calibration capability.
